Service Inclusive packages are available exclusively at the time of purchase of a new or used BMW motorcycle. These packages are offered only to private customers or leasing companies and must appear on the same invoice as the motorcycle purchase. Standalone purchases, extensions, or upgrades are not available after the initial sale.

That’s why all our retailers offer winter storage for your BMW Motorrad. That way you can keep the apple of your eye far away from anything that could damage the paintwork in your garage. Our experts are more than happy to look after the bikes of fellow enthusiasts. At regular intervals, they will take the time to make sure that your BMW Motorrad is clean and has a fully charged battery, the right tyre pressure and updated software. Even in the dead of winter, the next season is just around the corner. And it’s a nice feeling to know that your ride is ready to go at all times. Our retailers price this service individually. It will probably never happen. But in the unlikely event that your BMW Motorrad experiences technical diffi culties it’s good to know that someone will be there to help you out. That’s why three years of Roadside Assistance is included in the price of your new BMW Motorrad. That way you know that your journey will always continue, whatever may happen. Roadside Assistance is not just a guarantee that your bike will be looked after by BMW motorcycle technicians. If you are more than 100 km from home and your BMW Motorrad cannot be repaired in an acceptable time, you will also get free vehicle hire and even a hotel stay if you need one. Both for yourself and any passenger you might have with you. It’s so much easier to have a good time when you don’t have to bring your worries on the road.

For when you like to ride alone on roads less travelled. The optional Intelligent Emergency Call system is your best wingmate. The system automatically contacts the BMW call centre if you have an accident, and activates the chain of rescue as quickly as possible. It also establishes initial contact with you, if possible. You can also activate the system manually. The Ecall system sends your motorcycle's coordinates directly to the call centre, so they are instantly aware of your exact location. Verbal communication and support is carried out in your preferred language, which you choose in advance. No matter in what country a possible accident may occur. In your everyday ride, you will hardly notice the red SOS button on the right handlebar, but when push comes to shove, it can make all the difference in the world.
